Every change to an advertising title or description, however it was made. Changes approved here are logged immediately; changes made directly on the product in Shopify are picked up by the next sync, so their date is the day they were noticed, not necessarily the hour they were made. The original backfill of existing copy is not shown — it was a migration of copy that was already live, not a rewrite.
